Exercise Is A Keystone Habit - Here's Why It's So Important

Are you trying to work out how to get better sleep? Or how to eat healthier? How to improve appetite? Perhaps the secret to solving these problems lies outside of solutions directly related to sleep and diet? You see, fitness and strength training are keystone habits. What this means is that when you make training a habit, not only is it likely to get you fit and strong but it also should help you to build better habits elsewhere. For example, if you train regularly, it's likely that your sleep will improve because if you train hard enough you will be physically exhausted. Similarly, it's also likely that you will have a better appetite and you are probably going to be drawn towards making better food choices because your body is going to be seeking nutrients in order to recover from the training. In the video I talk about how it can go beyond this to help in other areas of self improvement as well. Fitness and strength training is a great way to regulate your mind and body and I try to encourage everyone I encounter to get the training bug.
