The Benefits Of Regular Exercise

In this video I talk about some of the benefits of doing regular exercise that I have experienced myself. One of the key reasons for sharing this information is because over the years I have realised that to build better habits, you need to fill your brain with reasons for doing the thing - you need to observe and consume convincing and logical arguments that give you reason to do whatever it is that you're trying to make into a habit. Therefore everything within this video is designed to help you to build the habit of doing regular exercise, by giving you reason after reason about why it's a smart thing to do. All of these reasons are a little different to the typical type of reasoning you will hear and they are all based upon my own experiences. I talk about how learning to listen to your body is a key skill that anyone can hone over time so that they are able to confidently push themselves while fine-tuning their exercise choices in a manner that helps to avoid unnecessary injury. I discuss the mental mind games I play in my head while exercising and explain why getting mentally 'into the zone' can enable you to get more done during your sessions.
