A Vinyasa Yoga (celebration) evening routine in German with flowing movements that mobilize the entire body and release tension. We focus particularly on areas that become very stressed and inflexible in everyday life due to prolonged sitting and working, such as the hips and upper back. The 30 minutes start gently, then gain a bit of speed as we flow through the movements in Vinyasa style, in the rhythm of our breath, before slowing down again towards the end and gradually becoming more relaxed.
