The last few weeks with some (NOT ALL) of my sessions I will do reps/sets like in this workout where I am keeping the weight the same throughout and not going too heavy. I have been concentrating on good form, control, contact, and less rest! Now this doesn't mean not to choose challenging weight or that it makes it any easier, it is just a different way to challenge your body and continue to grow muscle while working on improving your technique!
