Reset & Rebuild | Kettlebell KICKSTART Series – Week 4

Reset & Rebuild | Kettlebell KICKSTART Series – Week 4 Week 4 is about recovery with purpose. We’re still training, still moving, but with reduced intensity to give your body the space it needs to adapt, recover, and come back stronger for the next cycle. This is the week that makes the rest of the series work. By easing off the throttle while keeping good movement quality, you’ll improve circulation, reinforce technique, and finish the month feeling fresh, capable, and ready to build again in Week 1 of the next month. No rushing. No grinding. Just solid, controlled work. Workout Structure: No Repeat | ~20 Minutes 40 sec work / 20 sec rest You’ll need: 1x Kettlebell (I’m using 20kg) Exercises: • Single Arm Swing (Right) • Single Arm Swing (Left) • 3-Point Row (Right) • 3-Point Row (Left) • Goblet Squat • Strict Press (Right) • Strict Press (Left) • Single-Leg RDL (Right) • Single-Leg RDL (Left) • Tactical Lunge • Swing Clean (Right) • Swing Clean (Left) • Offset Push-Up (Right) • Offset Push-Up (Left) • Bent-Over Row (Right) • Bent-Over Row (Left) • Dead Clean (Right) • Dead Clean (Left) • Ribbons • Push-Ups Recovery is not a step back—it’s how progress sticks.
