Welcome to Episode 3 of FORGED — a 6-week kettlebell training series built around focused, effective follow-along workouts. This session is a 30–35 minute full body conditioning workout designed to improve strength, core control, and muscular endurance through structured interval-based kettlebell training. Today’s workout is divided into 6 bundles, each built around a main kettlebell movement repeated across multiple rounds, combined with conditioning work, core stability, and mobility-based transitions to keep you moving and in control throughout the session. Workout Structure: Bundle 1: Main Kettlebell Movement + Conditioning + Core + Mobility (30s work / 15s rest) Bundle 2: Main Kettlebell Movement + Conditioning + Core + Mobility (30s work / 15s rest) Bundle 3: Main Kettlebell Movement + Conditioning + Core + Mobility (30s work / 15s rest) Bundle 4: Main Kettlebell Movement + Conditioning + Core + Mobility (30s work / 15s rest) Bundle 5: Main Kettlebell Movement + Conditioning + Core + Mobility (30s work / 15s rest) Bundle 6: Main Kettlebell Movement + Conditioning + Core + Mobility (30s work / 15s rest) Each bundle follows a fixed structure: Main kettlebell movement (3 rounds) Secondary conditioning exercise Core stability work Mobility / transition exercise This session is designed to challenge your full body while keeping your core engaged and your heart rate elevated.
