🇩🇪 #Koreanisches gebratene Anchovies (Myeolchi Bokkeum) – 2 Varianten Myeolchi Bokkeum gehört zu den beliebtesten koreanischen Beilagen (Banchan) und darf in vielen koreanischen Haushalten im Kühlschrank nicht fehlen. Die kleinen getrockneten Anchovies halten sich lange, sind reich an Nährstoffen und schmecken hervorragend zu einer Schüssel Reis. (Sojasauce-Version) 100 g kleine getrocknete koreanische Anchovies (Myeolchi, ungesalzen) 1 EL koreanische Sojasauce 1 EL Zucker 1 EL Reissirup (oder Maissirup) ½ TL gehackter Knoblauch *¼ Zwiebel, fein gewürfelt* *1 Peperoni, in feine Ringe geschnitten* (optional) 1 EL gerösteter Sesam 1 EL geröstete Mandeln 1 EL Sesamöl *1 Frühlingszwiebel, fein geschnitten (zum Garnieren)* (Scharfe Version) Die scharfe Version wird genauso zubereitet wie die Sojasauce-Version. Ersetzt einfach die Sojasauce durch 1 EL Gochujang und gebt zusätzlich 1 EL Wasser dazu. Wichtige Tipp Die Anchovies *nicht waschen!* Die Sauce wirklich nur kurz aufkochen und die Anchovies nicht länger darin kochen. These small dried anchovies keep well in the refrigerator, are packed with nutrients, and pair perfectly with a bowl of steamed rice. Soy Sauce Version *Ingredients* 100 g small Korean dried anchovies (Myeolchi, unsalted) 1 tbsp Korean soy sauce 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp rice syrup (or corn syrup) ½ tsp minced garlic ¼ onion, finely diced 1 chili pepper, thinly sliced (optional) 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds 1 tbsp roasted almonds 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 spring onion, finely sliced (for garnish) Spicy Version Prepare the spicy version exactly the same way as the soy sauce version. Simply replace the soy sauce with *1 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)* and add **1 tbsp water**. Important Tips *Do not wash the dried anchovies!* Bring the sauce to a quick boil only. Phiên bản rim nước tương 100 g cá cơm khô Hàn Quốc loại nhỏ (không mặn) 1 muỗng canh nước tương Hàn Quốc 1 muỗng canh đường 1 muỗng canh siro gạo (hoặc siro bắp) ½ muỗng cà phê tỏi băm ¼ củ hành tây, cắt hạt lựu 1 trái ớt, cắt lát mỏng (tùy chọn) 1 muỗng canh mè rang 1 muỗng canh hạnh nhân rang 1 muỗng canh dầu mè 1 cây hành lá, cắt nhỏ (để trang trí) Phiên bản cay Cách làm giống hệt phiên bản rim nước tương. Chỉ cần thay nước tương bằng *1 muỗng canh tương ớt Gochujang* và thêm **1 muỗng canh nước**. Lưu ý quan trọng *Không rửa cá cơm khô!* Chỉ đun nước sốt vừa sôi.
