✨ Mutton Gurda Kaleji Masala ✨ A rich, spicy, and flavorful delicacy that's perfect with naan, roti, paratha, or steamed rice. 😍🔥 🥩 Ingredients • 500 g mixed mutton gurda & kaleji • 🧄 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste • 🌶️ 3 tsp red chilli powder • 🌿 2 tsp coriander powder (dhania) • 💛 1 tsp turmeric powder • ✨ 1 tsp garam masala • 🧂 1 tsp salt (or to taste) • 🍋 Juice of 2 lemons • 🥣 2 tbsp curd (dahi) • 🫒 2–3 tbsp oil • 🌿 Fresh coriander, for garnish • 🫚 Fresh ginger, julienned, for garnish 👩🍳 Method 1️⃣ Wash the gurda and kaleji thoroughly. Peel off the thin membrane from the kaleji and clean well. 2️⃣ In a bowl, mix together the ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, curd, and lemon juice. 3️⃣ Add the gurda and kaleji to the marinade. Coat well and let it rest for 20–30 minutes. 4️⃣ Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 5️⃣ Add the marinated gurda first and cook for 5–6 minutes.
