✨ Mutton Chaap Fry 🥩✨ Ingredients: 🥩 1 kg Mutton Chaap 🛢️ 1 tbsp Oil 🫚🧄 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste 💛 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 🌶️ 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 🧂 ½ tsp Salt (or to taste) 💧 1 cup Water For Coating: 🌶️ 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 🧂 Salt to taste 🥚 2 Eggs 🍞 2 cups Bread Crumbs 🛢️ Oil for frying Method: 1️⃣ Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker or deep pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute. 2️⃣ Add the mutton chaap, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well. 3️⃣ Pour in 1 cup water, cover, and cook until the mutton becomes tender. If using a pressure cooker, cook for 5–6 whistles or until done. 4️⃣ Once cooked, allow the chaap to cool completely. 5️⃣ In a bowl, mix red chilli powder and salt with a little water. Add the eggs and beat well. Place the bread crumbs on a separate plate. 6️⃣ Dip each mutton chaap into the egg mixture, then coat evenly with the bread crumbs. 7️⃣ Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the coated chaap on medium heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides. 8️⃣ Remove onto a paper towel to absorb excess oil. ✨ Serve hot with green chutney, onion rings, and lemon wedges.
