NO-BAKE Chocolate Cake! Exquisite, richly chocolatey and incredibly delicious!

Rich, creamy, and incredibly chocolatey, this easy dessert is made with simple ingredients and requires no oven. With layers of cookies, silky chocolate cream, and sweet banana, every bite is moist, refreshing, and absolutely irresistible. Perfect for hot summer days when you want a delicious homemade treat without baking! No-Bake Chocolate Cake 🍫 For the Cream: 1 liter milk 180 g sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar 1 egg yolk 3 tbsp cornstarch (30 g) 3 tbsp flour 3 tbsp cocoa powder 90 g butter 70 g dark chocolate For the Layers: 300–400 g chocolate biscuits 1 banana 70 ml milk For Decoration: Banana (optional) Instructions: Pour the milk into a saucepan and add all the ingredients except the butter and chocolate. Whisk well until smooth and free of lumps. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly. As soon as the mixture starts to bubble, reduce the heat and cook for 3 more minutes. Important: Do not leave the stove unattended, as the cocoa can burn quickly and make the cream taste bitter. Let the cream cool slightly. Add the butter and dark chocolate, stir until melted, then whisk until smooth. Take a baking dish and arrange a layer of cookies, briefly dipping each cookie in milk beforehand. Pour about 2 ladles of cream over the cookies. Arrange thinly sliced bananas in the middle layer. You can make 3, 4, or 5 cookie layers. In this video, I made 5 layers. The most important thing is to leave enough cream for the top. Finish with a final layer of cream and smooth the surface. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or preferably overnight.
