The Most delicious NO-BAKE Summer Dessert! Easy, cool & refreshing treat everyone will love!

All you need is milk, cookies, and fresh strawberries to make this amazing no-bake cake! 🍓 Made with simple and affordable ingredients, yet the taste is absolutely incredible. Light, creamy, refreshing, and perfect for hot summer days. A delicious homemade treat that both kids and adults will love! No-Bake Strawberry Cake 🍓 Ingredients For the Cream: 1 liter milk 180 g sugar 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (leveled) 3 tbsp cornstarch (leveled) 1 packet vanilla sugar 1 egg yolk 100 g butter For the Layers: 200 g cookies or biscuits 600–700 g strawberries Instructions Pour the cold milk into a saucepan and add all the ingredients for the cream except the butter. Whisk well until smooth. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly. Once the mixture comes to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool slightly. While still warm, add the butter and mix until completely melted. Beat well until smooth and creamy. Prepare a baking dish. Mine is 27 × 27 cm, but you can use a smaller one if you prefer a taller cake. Dip the cookies briefly in water and arrange them in a single layer on the bottom of the dish. Pour some of the cream over the cookies. Visually divide the cream into three equal portions. Add another layer of cookies, followed by more cream. Then add a layer of sliced strawberries if desired. Finish with a third layer of cookies and the remaining cream. In total, there should be 3 layers of cookies and cream. Decorate the top with fresh strawberries.
