The Best Double Chocolate Cherry Muffins! 🍒 Ingredients: 2 eggs 150 g sugar 200 g all-purpose flour 40 g cocoa powder A pinch of salt 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla sugar 180 ml milk, room temperature 100 g melted butter 60 g chocolate chips 80 g sweet cherries, chopped For Topping: 20 g chocolate chips Instructions: 1. Beat the eggs, sugar, and salt until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. 2. Add the melted butter and mix well. 3. Pour in the milk and stir until combined. 4. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. 5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth. 6. The batter should be slightly thick, as shown in the video. If it becomes too thick, add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. 7. Fold in 60 g of chocolate chips. Reserve the remaining chocolate chips for topping. 8. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) with top and bottom heat. 9. Fill the muffin liners slightly above halfway with batter. 10. Add the chopped cherries to each muffin. 11. Sprinkle the tops with the remaining chocolate chips. 12. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. 13.
