Wash the sweet potato thoroughly Cut it into bite-sized pieces with the skin on. Make a salty water similar to seawater and leave to soak for about 10 minutes. Drain the water and wipe dry with paper towels. ② Put ① into a frying pan and add salad oil until the sweet potatoes are submerged. Put on medium heat and gradually increase the temperature to about 160℃. ③ Once you can easily poke the sweet potatoes with a bamboo skewer, turn the heat to high for a moment and fry the sweet potatoes while exposing them to air. Remove from the heat into a tray and drain the oil. ④ Put A into the frying pan and put on medium heat.
