These delicious buns are completely prepared the night before and form overnight. In the morning they only need to be baked. You need: 400g/ 14.1 oz wheat flour (550 is best, 405 is also possible) or bread flour 250ml/ 8.45 fl. oz cold water 10g/ 0.35oz fresh yeast 8g/ 0.28oz salt 2 tablespoons olive oil Shape: 28 cm, a casserole dish is also possible. The buns should be spaced far apart to have room. The fridge should be Max 7 degrees/ 44.6F Bake: 20 minutes at 230 degrees/ 446F If the rolls run together, it is because the refrigerator or the water were too warm. Possibly too much yeast was used. This does not detract from the taste.
