No-knead green onion bread l Stretch & Fold method | Super soft, delicious and easy to make Subscribe to my channel:   / @hellysimplerecipe   将免揉进行到底!最近我从网络上学习了一种新的免揉面团方法——Stretch & Fold ,中文叫拉伸折叠法,也有的叫水合折叠法,经过几次实践,发现这种方法很适合不喜欢揉面但又喜欢吃松软拉丝面包口感的朋友,所以我用这种免揉方法做成了香葱面包来分享给大家,感兴趣的朋友可以试一试:) 拉伸折叠法的原理大家可以搜一搜,等我找时间根据网络大师们的经验和自己的亲身实践再整理出来写在这里,欢迎感兴趣的朋友关注并订阅下我的小频道:) 1cup=237ml 1/2cup=59ml 1/3cup=79ml 1tsp=5ml 1tbsp=15ml Ingredients: All-purpose flour or bread flour 300g/2cups-2tbsp Egg 1 White sugar 5g (1tsp) Dry yeast 3g ( 1tsp) Salt 3g (1/2tsp) water 170ml Olive oil 30g ( 2tbsp) filling: Olive oil 1tbsp green onion 50-80g black pepper 1/2tsp salt 1/2tsp Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 25 minutes 中筋或高筋面粉 300克(2大杯减掉2大勺) 鸡蛋 1个(留出一大勺最后刷面用) 白糖 5克(1小茶勺) 干酵母 3克(1小茶勺) 盐 3克(1/2小茶勺) 水 170毫升 橄榄油 30克(2大勺) 白芝麻 适量 橄榄油 1大勺 香葱 三根 (50-80克) 黑胡椒粉 1/2小茶勺 盐 1/2小茶勺 烤箱预热180摄氏度/356华氏度烤25分钟 ** FOLLOW MY PAGE ** Instagram:   / clruixue   Facebook:   / helly.li.35   Twitter:   / li_helly   背景音乐BMG:
