All-purpose flour 500grams 0:27, Yeast 4grams(in winter we need to add 2-3 grams more, or ferment for abit longer, no need to ferment too big) 0:30, Water about 320grams(in winter we can use warm water) 0:37, Green onion pieces 150grams 1:14, All-purpose flour 100grams 1:29, Hot oil 120grams 1:33, Salt proper amount 3:35, Honey proper amount, add some water in it for dilution 4:34, Sesame proper amount 4:53, • Baking setting: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat to 250 degrees, bake it for about 16mins in the upper layer of the oven till the surface is in golden color. If the oven can reach only 230degrees, we can bake it for abit longer. If the oven only has 3 layers, we can put it in the middle layer. • The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees.
