Dough All Purpose Flour 240g (2 Cup) Salt 2.5g (0.5 Tsp) Lukewarm Milk 150ml Egg 1 Pc Yeast 3g (1 Tsp) Sugar 25g (2 Tbsp) Softened Butter 28g (2 Tbsp) 2. Pastry Dough Melted unsalted Butter 42g （3 Tbsp） All Purpose Flour 60g (0.5 Cup) Salt 2.5g (0.5 Tsp) 3.
