If you enjoyed the video, please like and comment! =================================== [Ingredients] (Serves 2) 380g Onion Water, to taste 600ml Beef Bouillon (A) Salt, to taste (A) Coarse-ground Black Pepper, to taste 20g Unsalted Butter 4 Slices of French Bread 20g Gruyère Cheese Fresh Italian Parsley, to taste Recipe Intake Correction The amount of unsalted butter in the video's subtitles was incorrect. We have corrected it as follows: (Correction) 20g Unsalted Butter *The recipe (ingredients list) is the correct amount. [Procedure] 1. Cut the onion in half and thinly slice it. 2. Finely chop the Italian parsley. 3. Add half the unsalted butter to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add 1, sprinkle with salt, and fry over medium-low heat for 20-30 minutes. If the onions stick to the pan, add water and peel them off. 4. Once the onions have turned amber, season with (A), add the remaining unsalted butter, and continue frying over medium-low heat. 5. Once the butter has melted, add the beef bouillon little by little and heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Once thoroughly mixed, remove from heat. 6. Pour into a heat-resistant container, add the French bread soaked in 5, and top with the Gruyère cheese. Bake in the toaster oven for 5-10 minutes until golden brown. 7. Top with 2 and you're done.
