Click here for the recruitment form: https://www.sanpi-ryoron.com/recruit/ ■ Chilled miso ramen (1 serving) [Ingredients] 1 serving of miso ramen, 1/2 cucumber, 1 green onion, 100g silken tofu, 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, 30g canned tuna, 150ml water [Directions] 1. Finely chop the green onion and cucumber. 2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the noodles. Boil for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. While the noodles are boiling, add the included soup powder and shichimi spice to a bowl, add 150ml of water, and mix well. 4. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them in a colander, rinse under running water, and rinse in ice water. 5. Drain thoroughly. ⑤ Add the noodles to the soup from ③. Top with crumbled tofu, cucumber, and tuna. Sprinkle with green onions and toasted sesame seeds. ■ Tomato and Egg Chinese-Style Salt Ramen (1 serving) [Ingredients] 1 serving of salt ramen, 2 eggs, 1/2 tomato, 2 okra, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 450ml water [Preparation] 1. Remove the stems from the tomatoes and cut them into wedges. Cut the okra into small pieces. 2. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Crack 2 eggs into a heated frying pan. Fry until the whites are set. Add 450ml of water, crushing the yolks with chopsticks and stirring. 3. When the water boils, Add the noodles and boil for 3 minutes, breaking them up. 4. Add the tomatoes, okra, powdered soup stock, and chopped sesame seeds. Turn off the heat and serve in a mixing bowl.
