17x NCAA champion and Kenyan indoor mile record holder Edward Cheserek and Canadian half marathon record holder Rory Linkletter recently teamed up for a workout on Lake Mary Road in Flagstaff, Arizona. Both men raced the 2022 NYC Half with Cheserek finishing second overall in 60:37 on a very hilly course. Linkletter ran 62:19. Both guys will soon shift their focus to the track as they look to lower their 5000m and 10000m personal bests ahead of a summer that could climate at the World Athletics Championships in Eugene, Oregon.
