The OAC (On Athletics Club) are in the middle of their base training period preparing for Indoor and Cross Country racing in the near future. Head Coach Dathan Ritzenhein prescribes the squad their first track workout of the fall - 4 sets of 1km, 600m, 300m with 1.5-2min recovery between the intervals and around 3min between the sets. Athletes featured include Olli Hoare, Joe Klecker, George Beamish and Eidenschink. Other athletes seen include Alicia Monson, Carmela Baez, Morgan McDonald and Sage Hurta.
