Hello..Today I'm making Eggless Coconut Cookies - crispy outside, soft inside and made with simple ingredients available at home. Perfect with tea or coffee. Ingredients: Half Cup white sugar Half Cup butter 1 tsp Vanilla Essence Half Cup Desiccated Coconut One Cup Plain Flour Half tsp Baking Powder Milk 2-3 tbsp (as required) Mix butter and sugar untill creamy. Add all the dry ingredients flour, coconut, baking powder.knead a soft dough. Make small ball approx 30 gm each..coat with dry coconut powder and bake for 15 min at 170 C until golden.
