Turkish breakfast preparation: Borek with cheese, Sausages in tomato sauce

Friends, hello! Today I have a quick Turkish borek for breakfast. Quick, because I use yufka dough for its preparation. Borek can be cooked with different fillings: boiled potatoes, minced meat, spinach, cheese, green lentils, etc. And also, I will cook sausages in tomato sauce. Ingredients: Borek with cheese 3 sheets of yufka dough 1 egg 150 ml milk 100 ml vegetable oil (odorless) stuffing: salted cheese (beyaz peynir) 300 g some parsley/dill for lubrication: 1 egg 50 ml milk 3 tbsp vegetable oil nigella sesame Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35-40 minutes (until browned). Sausages in tomato sauce: 4 sausages 1 large tomato 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp tomato paste You can add spices to taste.
