✨Chicken Pota (Chicken Gizzard) Masala ✨ 🛒 Ingredients 🥩 500 gms Chicken Pota (Gizzards) 🫚🧄 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste 💛 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 🌿 2 tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania) 🌶️ 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder ✨ 1 tsp Garam Masala 🧂 ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste) 🍋 ½ Lemon 🛢️ 2 tbsp Oil 💧 1 cup Water 👩‍🍳 Method 1️⃣ Prepare the Gizzards Wash the chicken gizzards thoroughly and drain all excess water. 2️⃣ Marinate In a bowl, combine the gizzards with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well until evenly coated. 3️⃣ Rest the Marinade Cover and marinate for 20–30 minutes for better flavor. 4️⃣ Heat the Oil Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker or deep pan over medium heat. 5️⃣ Sauté the Gizzards Add the marinated gizzards and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they change color and the spices become fragrant. 6️⃣ Add Water Pour in 1 cup water and mix well. 7️⃣ Cook Until Tender • Pressure Cooker: Cook for 4–5 whistles. • Pan Method: Cover and cook for 35–40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the gizzards become tender. 8️⃣ Thicken the Masala Once cooked, remove the lid and cook on high heat for 5–7 minutes until the masala thickens and coats the gizzards beautifully. 9️⃣ Final Taste Check Taste and adjust salt if needed. 🔟 Serve & Enjoy Serve hot with roti, naan, paratha, or steamed rice. 😋 ✨ Tip: Garnish with fresh coriander Add an extra squeeze of lemon for a burst of freshness. 🍋🌿 Instagram handle-ifzaskitchen #foryou #chatpatafood #chickengizzards #yummy #Homemade
