Yoga + Journaling Practice for A New Season
Start the new year or a new season off with this 45 minute christian yoga and journaling practice! This practice is accessible for beginners and more experienced yogis as we move through a couple different slower flows designed to help cultivate gratitude and attentiveness to the presence of God. We’ll take two breaks in the video to journal and reflect, so make sure to grab your journal and a pen before starting. We’ll be using the worksheet below as a guide for this reflection time so you can follow this link to print it out or just copy it over to your journal.
