Intermediate Christian Yoga Flow filmed in Mexico City

I had so much fun filming this intermediate Christian yoga flow in Mexico City! This full-length flow will have you changing up your normal routine as you turn in all directions on your mat, invert, backbend, and stretch deeply. All the while we'll be meditating on the boxes we are prone to put Jesus in and how He loves to blow open those boxes to show us how wide and deep His love is. The story of Jesus feeding the five thousand with just some fish and loaves is our theme and our intention is bigger faith and open hearts.
