Skillet Cowboy Cookies - Perfect for Sharing with Your Special Someone!

Skillet Cowboy Cookies 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, room temperature 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 11.5 ounce bag milk chocolate chips 1 cup Quick Oats 1 cup Corn Flakes cereal 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut 1 cup pecan pieces Preheat oven to 350°. Cream the softened butter and both sugars until the mixture is light and fluffy, about two minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla, beating them in well. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add them to the creamed mixture, mixing just until barely incorporated. Stir in by hand the chocolate chips, oats, Corn Flakes cereal, coconut, and pecan pieces. Scoop about 3/4 cup of dough onto a 8-inch cast-iron skillet that has been lightly oiled. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the skillet and bake for 18 minutes or just until the top is lightly golden brown and almost set in the center. Serve warm.
