2 Ingredient Biscuits Anyone Can Make

Join me in the kitchen as we whip up what I truly believe are the easiest biscuits in the universe! With just two simple ingredients—self-rising flour and heavy whipping cream—you can have hot, fluffy Southern biscuits on the table in no time. I’m also showing you how to make a classic sausage milk gravy and serving it all up with fresh cantaloupe, just like Mama used to do. MASTER COOKBOOK RECIPE #99 2 INGREDIENT BISCUITS Ingredients: 2 cups self-rising flour 2/3 to 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream Note: Amount of cream will vary Instructions: Put flour in a bowl and gradually add whipped cream to make a thick dough. Dust a surface with self-rising flour, place the dough on it, sprinkle more flour on top, and gently fold 6–7 times. Pat dough 3/4 to 1 inch thick, cut out biscuits, and arrange them on a greased pan. Bake at 450°F for 15–20 minutes until golden brown. Flip biscuits upside down after baking to prevent sweating.
