Ingredients: 100g active starter ( 50g each bowl) 500g All Purpose Flour (divide into 2 portion: 250g each bowl) 12g salt ( 6g each bowl) 1 tbs UBE extract ( mix with 175g water) 10 fresh pandan leaves (cut them shorter) blend and extract the juices using 175g water, then use all pandan juice. Take note: needs to be 175g liquid from pandan leaves.
