This is a series of aerobic exercises (aerobic dance). The first song warms up the entire body by moving and stretching the chest, shoulders, and arms, while also incorporating toe jumps to raise the heart rate. The second song effectively works the abdominals (upper, lower, and side). The third song thoroughly works the upper back, eliminating waste products and building a body that is more likely to burn fat. In addition to upper body movements, steps are also performed to train the front, sides, and back of the thighs and calves, resulting in full-body toning and fat-burning effects. Continuing aerobic exercise for more than 20 minutes, without getting too out of breath, will enhance the fat-burning effect. For this reason I recommend combining this with other aerobic dance sessions.
