This class focuses on the strength, mobility, and postural control needed to stay tall and long in the spine and torso so you can stay connected throughout the full phase of each stroke. Instead of collapsing, washing out, or taking the path of least resistance, we'll work on maintaining strong posture, shoulder stability, and core support so you can hold pressure on the blade longer and finish each stroke with more efficiency.
