Power alone doesn’t move a boat well—control, timing, and stability matter just as much. This Yoga for Rowers class focuses on the balance and body awareness needed for a smoother recovery and more connected catch. We work on shoulder blade activation, relaxing overworked neck muscles, and building glute max strength so the back and quads don’t overcompensate. Through targeted mobility, core activation, and stability work, you’ll improve posture, reduce unnecessary tension, and create better boat run between strokes.
