Today you will work in a focused and fun way the glutes and legs, involving ALL THE MUSCLES, both BIG and SMALLER and making use of the FITBALL ball. At the end of the 16 minutes you will notice that you have done a very complete training of the whole area. This is thanks in the first place to the continuity of the exercises, there are no breaks, secondly to the focus and concentration that requires working with material and in this case more, because the ball generates instability and must be concentrated throughout the routine in the correct development of the exercise and finally, thanks to this instability you will work the deeper muscles, stabilizers, which are often forgotten, thus getting strong and beautiful legs. As in other Canal routines, if you do not have Fitball, do not change your routine!
