After the Warm-up, which prepares your body for all subsequent work, this routine has two different parts that give rise to a very complete training. First of all, you have a job dedicated to TONING the entire area of the Abdomen and Back, especially the lumbar area, for 20 minutes. The different exercises that make up the first part work the entire Abdominal Straight, the Obliques and the Transverse Abdominal, together with the muscles that make up the lumbar area, with the aim of strengthening the entire area in a complete and balanced way. In order to show off a beautiful bust, not only the toning work is necessary, therefore the Routine includes in the second part a CARDIO sequence of 21 minutes in the same format as TABATAS. Cardio's work will help you increase cardiovascular activity, raise body temperature and mobilize fats. By combining the Toning Work sequence with the second Aerobic part you will get a very complete training to reduce the fat deposited in the upper body train and improve your silhouette. If you can not lie down, you will not be able to do the first part so I recommend that after doing the Warm up jump directly to the minute 23. If you have knee problems and you can not jump you will be able to perform the whole Routine because I will give you the option without impact for each movement.
