How are you? Welcome to a New Routine to STRENGTHEN YOUR CORE. “CORE” is usually associated only with the abs, however, Core encompasses more areas. Core means core in English and is considered the most important part of the body when it comes to any sport. It refers to the abdominal muscles, lower back, pelvis, glutes, and the deep muscles of the spine. It's very important to work this area as it reduces the risk of injury, burns fat in the midsection, and balances your posture. With the help of the fitball, today we're going to work the muscle groups that make up the core in a very focused and comprehensive way. We'll perform different exercises, some of them isometric (without movement) and others with controlled movements. If you don't have a fitball, you can do this routine by substituting the exercises with similar ones that I show during the routine. The routine is short but very effective. It's very important that you focus on performing each exercise correctly to receive the benefits of this workout, which are increased muscle strength, improved posture, and improved abdominal shape (reduction in volume). If you can't jump, this is a routine suitable for you, as it is a NO-IMPACT routine. I hope you feel it.
