How are you? Today I'm bringing you a routine to strengthen and define your abdominal and arm muscles using a Fitball or Pilates ball. Unlike the previous Fitball Workout, where we worked the entire body, in this Fitball routine we focus on the upper body, waist and lower back, shoulders, and arms. The routine lasts 25 minutes and is designed for beginners and more advanced users alike. It consists of a series of aerobic and strength exercises (for the abdominal area and arms) in which we use the Fitball as a tool to enhance the workout and increase the intensity of the exercise. We work the abdominal and abdominal muscles, both internal and external. The rhythm of the movements is set by the music, which serves as a companion and motivation during the exercise routine. Both the abdominal and lower back muscles are important for creating good balance and posture, so you shouldn't ignore them when you exercise. Nor should you overtrain them, as they are muscles that work all day long.
