Welcome to this 25-minute somatic yoga flow for the moments when you feel numb, lost, or disconnected from yourself. This is a gentle, all-levels class - you don't need any experience, just a quiet room and some time for yourself. We'll move slowly through grounding breathwork, gentle tapping, hip circles, easy standing poses, and a short relaxation, always bringing your attention back into your body so you can start to feel something again. Move at your own pace, take breaks whenever you need them, and let this be a soft landing rather than a workout. This is about reconnecting and releasing, not pushing or forcing. Hi, I'm Renata 🌿 I'm a yoga teacher and a recovering strategy consultant, stepping off the never-ending corporate ladder to build something of my own. On this channel I teach yoga for every level (beginner-friendly classes, somatic practices, and more advanced flows), while exploring my own abilities and learning more about human behaviour along the way.
