Day 3 - 100 Day Yoga Challenge | Power Yoga for Better Posture

This is Day 3 of my 100 Day Yoga Challenge, where I teach and practice a class every single day for 100 days, live alongside you. Today's class is a Power Class (but not a typical sweaty one), which will help us build better posture and work on a neutral spine. This is a great practice for anyone who is an office shrimp haha and sits all day long, and wants to undo some of the effects of prolonged sitting. You don't need any experience or props. Just some time for yourself and a quiet room. Come as you are. 🔴 Live every day for 100 days. Hi, I'm Renata 🌿 I'm a yoga teacher, and I decided to do a 100 Day Yoga Challenge, where I'll be teaching and practicing yoga for 100 days, streamed live. I'll try to keep all the classes 10 to 30 minutes long, so it's realistic to commit to. A bit of the WHY: 🤍 I'm in a period of uncertainty in my life, where the old doesn't make sense anymore (I recently left strategy consulting) and the new is not here yet. And in this in-between, I get stuck in my head quite often and overthink every unfamiliar action I'm about to take. So this experiment is a challenge to myself, and to everyone else who wants to start acting instead of overthinking. 🤍 We sit too much, we're rarely present, and our bodies feel it. I believe a small daily practice (like yoga) fixes a lot of that. And I want to build the habit of showing up for myself, so I committed to 100 days. 🤍 There are also specific things I want to get better at (handstand, forearm stand, splits, a strong neutral spine), and those only come with consistency. 🤍 And I've just started creating content in the yoga field. Honestly, it still doesn't come easily to me. I want to get comfortable doing something outside my comfort zone, so I decided to stream the classes live and learn to talk on camera along the way.
