This workout combines full body strength, core engagement, and low-impact movement patterns to help you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body after baby. For today’s workout, you’ll need 1–2 sets of dumbbells (I’m using 5 lb and 10 lb weights). You can also use filled water bottles or household items if needed. In today’s workout: • 17-minute full body strength workout • No-repeat strength circuit • Beginner-friendly and postpartum-safe • Full body strength + stability focus • No jumping As you move through today’s workout, focus less on perfection and more on recognizing how far you’ve come. Strength after baby is built through consistency, patience, and showing up for yourself one workout at a time.
