Today's 25-minute Full Body Strength Postpartum Workout combines strength training with smooth, functional movement patterns to help you rebuild strength after baby while keeping your workout low impact and postpartum-friendly. We'll move through a variety of full body exercises that strengthen your legs, glutes, arms, back, shoulders, and deep core, helping you build the kind of strength that supports you through everyday motherhood—from carrying your little one and lifting laundry baskets to improving posture and feeling more confident in your body. You'll need 1–2 sets of dumbbells for today's workout. I'm using 5 lb and 10 lb weights, but choose weights that allow you to move with good form while still feeling challenged.
