Each short workout builds on the last, focusing on your core, glutes, posture, and total body strength in a way that respects the postpartum body. You don’t have to be perfect or complete every day exactly as planned — just keep showing up. Even 15 minutes of intentional movement can make a meaningful difference in how you feel. Welcome to Day 9 of the 14 Day Postpartum Strength Challenge! Today’s 18-minute workout is focused on building core strength and stability to help you feel more supported in your body after baby. In this session, we’ll target your deep core muscles with controlled, low-impact movements designed to strengthen your abs while supporting your pelvic floor. A strong, stable core plays a big role in improving posture, reducing discomfort, and making everyday movements feel easier. All you need for this workout is one light dumbbell or a filled water bottle (I’m using a 5 lb weight). In today’s workout: • 18-minute core strength & stability workout • No-repeat core-focused circuit • Beginner-friendly and postpartum-safe • No jumping Move slowly and focus on control and breathing. Exhale with effort, keep your ribs stacked over your hips, and watch for any doming or coning through your abdomen. If needed, pause and reset before continuing. As we move through the second half of the 14 Day Postpartum Strength Challenge, the goal is to continue building strength in a way that feels safe, steady, and sustainable. These core-focused days are key for supporting everything else you’re doing in your workouts and daily life. Even if you’ve missed a day, you can always jump back in and keep going.
