Mandazi - kenianisches Kokos-Kardamom Gebäck

Mandazi is a very popular pastry in Kenya. They come in all sorts of variations and sizes everywhere. They are sold on the street in the morning and are almost always eaten with chai (Kenyan tea). The pastry isn't very sweet because the tea is usually made with a lot of sugar. You can also make Mandazi with milk instead of coconut milk, and if you want it to be even fluffier, add an egg. They are also vegan without eggs and milk. As always, I'd love to hear your feedback on how you liked them and how they turned out for you. You can find all the ingredients and the recipe on my website: https://www.afrika-kulinarisch.de/rez... I hope you enjoy making them! Yours, Carol Mühlenbrock
