Kebabs (minced meat rolls) are a type of fast food in Kenya and are as much a part of everyday life there as currywurst is here in Germany. The egg makes them very fluffy, and the minced meat stays juicy. Kebabs are served with chutneys, salad, or even chips masala (video and recipe coming soon to this channel!).
