They're made with just flour, eggs, sugar, and flavored to taste! The secret is beating the eggs well! 📌In the video, I'll give you some tips on how to make them perfectly! They're delicious eaten plain with a latte or cappuccino, with tea or coffee, for breakfast or any time of day, but they're also great as a filling for cakes (instead of sponge cake), like the diplomatica, for example.
