20-minute glutes and abs workout for home. https://thejoyworkout.nl/ In this 20-minute workout, we will primarily work on our abs and glutes. We work in blocks of 1.30 minutes of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. By working a bit longer and taking less rest, we activate our muscles for strength and growth. We won't be doing your standard glutes and abs exercises; instead, we will work together on exercises you might not do often or didn't know were good for your glutes and abs. In this 20-minute glutes and abs workout, I try to give you as many tips and tricks as possible for this workout that you can also use for other workouts.
