25 Minute Full Body Strength and Cardio Workout | Dumbbells Only | Non Repeating Trisets

Grab dumbbells, a mat, and hydration for this 25 Minute Total Body Strength and Cardio Workout. For resistance reference I have a pair of 20, 15, 10, and 5lb dumbbells. I will always let you know what weight selection I am using. Keep in mind that you and I are different, so you may need to go heavier than me to feel challenged OR you may need to go lighter than me in order to keep good form..so find a weight selection that feels challenging for you while maintaining really great form! Feel free to increase or decrease weight mid-set if needed, just be sure to match on the opposing side if it is a unilateral set. I suggest being a hair conservative with the weight selection today due to the cardio element being included. We will perform tri-sets during today's workout. One round per superset. It is non repeat. We alternate between upper/lower/upper and lower/upper/lower tri-sets Format: Workout DB strength exercise, 50 seconds 10 second transition DB strength exercise, 50 seconds 10 second transition BW cardio exercise, 40 seconds 20 second recovery transition / new tri-set BW Ab Blast - no breaks 7 exercises, 40 seconds each There is some jumping during the cardio exercises. To make it non-jumping, keep at least one foot on the ground at all times. Mods are given during the actual workout. This one is very high volume. If needed, drop your weight during the exercise to something lighter and/or go at a different pace than what I am going at. You can also rest/pause during the set or physically hit the pause button if needed as well. 😀 We begin our warmup in a standing position.
