Grab some hydration for this 20 Minute Cardio Bodyweight Workout. The entire workout is standing and low impact/no jumping. We have 24 exercise. Every exercise is 50 seconds long. There are no breaks. The upcoming exercise will appear in the upper lefthand corner of the screen with about 10 seconds to go. We move to approximately 130 bpm throughout to keep it at a steady pace.
