Brew Day - XPA 2 (advanced, BIAB)

Even though my first XPA suffered a little from diacetyl I still liked it so much I thought it's already time to do another one. Same grain bill this time, but I've changed up the hops and tried to do a stepped mash to get a drier finish. Recipe: 96.5% Ale malt 3.5% Carapils OG 1.050 (this was intended, but I'm not sure what it was after the top-up).
