Brew Day - Coopers "The Voyage" Amber Ale (easy, kits & bits)

Well, the good people at Coopers got wind of my videos and were kind enough to send me one of their new recipe packs to try out - lucky me! They usually have a "recipe of the month" pack (you've seen me make few), but these usually sell out quickly so I guess now they've added these advanced "voyage" packs to give their customers a more dependable source of that kind of thing. I picked the Amber ale to brew because I thought it had a good combination of grains, hops and different techniques to try for the video. As I say at the end, it still does taste quite "home-brew-ey" up front, but that has been improving over time.
