In this episode, you'll get a glimpse into my morning routine and the lead-up to a Saturday morning hill session with the group in Clonmel. I'm a big fan of slow mornings before training, which often include a bit of journaling and mobility work. After another solid week of training, I chose not to race in Galway to focus on building another week of consistent training. I'm starting to find a nice rhythm and enjoying stacking training weeks with William and David. PS: Both Nigel and William had great runs at Dublin Marathon.
